We are looking to expand our existing psychiatry team to continue to provide an exceptional mental health service to the local community and surrounds. Here at Omega, we strive to provide patients with the best possible care whilst holding holistic views of physical, mental, social, cultural and spiritual context that influences an individual’s health and wellbeing. We pride ourselves in understanding each patient’s condition and unique treatment needs.
We have 2 clinic locations:
Springfield Central – We are situated directly across the road from Mater Private Hospital and within a specialist building with the opportunity for clinicians to have an interface with several other medical specialties.
Spring Hill – Located in Silverton Place, offering convenience to those who reside inner city with opportunities for those interested in TMS or just continuing their private outpatient clinics.
We are a state-of-the-art private psychiatric clinic, supporting billing at AMA rates, a paperless service with full admin support including dedicated and comprehensive booking and payment procedures, ensuring full clinics and a referral base ready and waiting. There are opportunities for CPD points and consultation liaison psychiatry services at partnering private hospitals. We offer clinics via telehealth (work remotely) and in clinic (Limited room spaces) Monday-Saturday. You will be supported by a team of 17 other psychiatrists as well as 3 mental health nurse practitioners and a team of 8 mental health first aid trained and accredited administration team members with a combined experience of 20+ years in the mental health industry.
Working with us, you will also have access to Omega Wellness Centre which is located upstairs to Omega Mind Clinics, where Omega’s allied health team is located. This clinic includes an array of highly qualified clinical psychologists, dietitians, social workers and ADHD coaches with the addition of exercise physiologists and physiotherapists in the coming months.
We are looking for likeminded clinicians who align with the clinics values as well as having the ability to collaborate with other staff members, wish to share and broaden their knowledge with continual professional development and the CPD opportunities we offer and pride themselves in delivering excellent patient care.

We understand that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a psychiatrist with capacity for new patients, Omega Mind Clinics has 3 mental health nurse practitioners who are available within 2-4 weeks.
Our skilled Mental Health Nurse Practitioners specialise in addressing mild to moderate mental health issues (excluding ADHD). Upfront cost: $210 with a Medicare rebate of $86.80. Appointments are available in person and via telehealth.
